Falstaff, Shakespeare's fat knight, commanded back on the stage by Queen Elisabeth I, gets his comeuppance when he comes from London to Windsor and attempts to seduce two of the town's leading ladies. Director Gersten sets Shakespeare's comedy in late 1920's rural America, with Falstaff and his cronies as an aging 2008 hip hop artist and his entourage, who find out that rural ladies are more than a match for a rhyming lothario.
